To start off the week, our children, in Maths, DREW ON THE TABLES! We were collecting data; don’t panic! They all managed to create their own bar/ line chart and started writing statements based on what they retrieved from the data information. Some of their statements and observations were fantastic.
Then, for science we investigated how sound travelled, what it travelled through and what distance does to affect the sound. Some of us even discovered that obstructed sound meant we could hardly hear at all.
After much investigation, we then made the longest chain of string telephones and tried to pass on a message. The message went from ‘ Year Four are amazing scientists’ to ‘ pants’. Perhaps, we need To tweak our telephones!
